This production welding line is used to produce the H/I beam that been used to fabricate the steel structure workshop. This line has the high automation and is suitable for the big scale production which can improve the production efficiency greatly. The whole line consists of: CNC cutting machine, H beam auto-assembling machine, transporting roller, 90movable overturn support, 45 welding tilting support, Cantilever SAW welding machine, Steel conveyor, 180 movable overturn support, H beam straightening machine. This line can realize the automatic production of the H beam by mix four main machines with assistant machinery. However the cutting and the H beam assembling and after straightening, which need the overhead crane to carry the beams.
